Our workshops and play parties will be held in private locations available to ticket holders ONLY. Please look carefully at your tickets for location information. Information about public transit will be available in our "last minute email" which includes location information. ALL of our locations are accessable through public transit.
Information about our public outings (meet 'n' greet, brunch) will be available to ticket holders only and are optional for those who wish to attend. Your ticket price does NOT include cover charge (if applicable), meals, drinks, etc…

Coming in from out of town? We have a list of hotels available for information purposes only. None of these are personally recommended, please look into them on your own to make a good choice that suits your needs.

Homestays / Billeting:

We anticipate a small group of people joining us from out of town. If you are able to offer homestays / billeting in the spirit of enhancing our greater community, please post on our yahoogroups message board and/or our facebook event page. As a group P3Gatherings isn't able to assist in matching people up for homestays, however we hope that people will be able to assist our out-of-town guests and make Calgary a great (and more affordable!) place to visit...
