Workshop description Interactive Bondage Intensive with Mr. Ropes Does the coil of rope around your lover’s wrist send a secret (or not so secret!) thrill through your core? Do you imagine your partner bound, virtually helpless to your whims and desires? Does a trip to the hardware store constitute a very promising first date? If you answered yes (or maybe !YES!) – then plan to attend P3Gatherings' November 22nd workshop with Mr. Ropes…. Novice bondage lovers and experienced riggers alike will walk away from this workshop having learnt something new – as well as hopefully having added a few new and exciting experiences under their belt too. We’ll take a short visit through safety perspectives, rope basics, and general considerations – and then be prepared to spend the rest of the afternoon in a garden of bound delights! Bondage appreciation, circulation, knot placement and other topics will be explored as we are fit to be tied! Prepare to be lured out of your comfort zone… with quick demonstrations and lots of audience participation… Bring your rope, and a partner to tie-along… but also be prepared for the unexpected! As many of you who attended Mr. Rope’s last class for P3Gatherings (Bondage 201, March 2007) learnt – he is a VERY interactive instructor! For those of you who attended the bondage classes with Scott Smith in May 2008, here’s one more chance to try new things and learn from a presenter who loves rope so much…. His name is Mr. Ropes! This will be a very hands-on workshop, so we encourage everyone to come with multiple lengths of their favorite rope, and perhaps even some additional extras that you’d like to incorporate…. Bring a partner (to tie or be tied!) but also an open mind and willingness to gang up, group up, switch, or partner up at the workshop itself…. Because of the hands-on portion of this workshop, we also encourage everyone to wear comfortable clothing that they can easily move in. A blanket or floor-pillow may also be desirable if you would like to be more comfortable for floor work. Because of the extreme popularity of Mr. Ropes last class with P3Gatherings, we’ve expanded this class from a regular 1.5 hour session to a whole afternoon (with liberal smoke-and-bathroom breaks), so we can have MORE opportunities to try more new things, and explore the topic in greater depth.   This workshop will take place Saturday November 22, 2008 and will start at 2pm. In the evening there will be a special THEME Private Play Party (A very kinky Arabian Nights), tickets will be 15$ per person, for invited and interviewed guests only.
