Workshop
description
Exit Strategies
It's a topic we generally don't like to discuss - how will we handle
the ending of a relationship? At the end of a relationship a submissive
has new challenges as they focus their activities from taking care
of someone else and having someone else make decisions for him or
her. At the end of a relationship, a dominant on the other hand
has the challenges of re-thinking his or her priorities when it
comes to decision making, and possibly doing old, forgotten routine
tasks for the first time in years.
Kind of like composing a pre-nuptial agreement before the wedding,
a lot of people see exit strategies as pessimistic. However, exit
strategies can allow some degree of comfort at the end of a relationship,
and can be renegotiated throughout a relationship to accommodate
changes in roles.
Our instructor will guide us through problems and challenges that
can arise at the end of a relationship, and then through tips and
tricks to talking about exit strategies and creating them. We will
also discuss the grieving process and how to restructure your newly
single life without falling into the traps of rebound relationships
and self-destructive behaviors.
This workshop is upcoming. If you would like to teach this class
