Workshop description Power Management The role of a good boss - to lead, guide, and help his or her employees grow and fulfill their goals as well as those of the company. The role of a good top or dominant isn't that different. With skills, empathy, knowledge and communication, a good dominant can be a guide, a mentor, a leader, a councilor, and even a spiritual leader. We'll discuss leadership skills, and time management - for both top and bottom as part of power management. In this workshop our instructor will bring practical advise about how to establish realistic, mutual goals, how to breed trust and growth, and how to help your partner reach new heights in personal, sexual, and spiritual joy - whether for a scene, or for a lifetime-long relationship.
