Workshop description Pleasing and being Pleased - Benefit and Reward While punishment can be used as a training tool, to reinforce an ideal, or just used because it's hot… some individuals prefer to play with positive reinforcement instead. In this workshop we'll discuss when reward is more suitable than punishment as a tool to instill loyalty, trust, and successful service. We'll also discuss reward strategies - when to reward your bottom/submissive/slave (etc) and what methods of reward are the most effective. In a discussion between dominants and submissives, we'll also discuss what each "side" views as an appropriate reward in different circumstances - and how by bridging this gap of understanding, you can better understand one another.
